Hude-Süd Primary School Support Association
§ 1 Name, registered office, legal status and financial year
The association is called “Förderverein Grundschule Hude-Süd eV” (Support Association for Primary School Hude-Süd eV). The association is headquartered in Hude (Oldbg.). It pursues
exclusively and directly charitable purposes within the meaning of the section “Tax-privileged purposes” of the
Tax Code.The purpose of the association is to promote the school's curricular and extracurricular activities.
The purpose of the statutes is:
1. the implementation, support and participation in school events.
2. the support of working groups, as well as the support of school committees and parent initiatives.
3. the procurement of additional teaching, learning and visual materials, as well as the acquisition of

§ 2 Activities of the association/non-profit status

§ 3 Membership
1. Members of the association “Förderverein Grundschule Hude-Süd eV” can be:

§ 9 Voting rights
Each member present has one vote. Substitution is not permitted.
§ 10 Board of Directors

The two chairmen represent the association externally and are authorized to sign legally binding documents individually.

§ 11 Cash audit
